With roots in the cooperative system of over 80 years, Towne & Country and Western Reserve merged to form a new company. We lead them through strategy sessions, an extensive communications audit, and customer/employee interviews to drive recommendations for this new cooperative. Keeping one foot in the cooperative tradition and the other in the future, we established the new Centerra name and logotype. We crafted modern brand elements and iconography for the four major divisions of the company. A comprehensive brand standard and templates for collateral materials were distributed to all branches of the company to enhance the continuity of communications.
